By expecting them to do great things, you can get them to do great things.

3e-1037″ />Most of your co-workers will hate you and named you a perfectionist but metaphor for an asshole. Well, most of your challenging will be considered as “why are you always stopping me from getting things done.”
If you are ever in this situation, you definitely understand what I’m saying.
The fact is that you are pushing people out of their comfort zone. It requires a lot of energy and efforts. Yes, I know it takes time and you probably sometime think “Am I wasting too much time?”
One example extracted from Steve Jobs saying: “By expecting them to do great things, you can get them to do great things. The original Mac team taught me that A-plus players like to work together, and they don’t like it if you tolerate B work. Ask any member of that Mac team. They will tell you it was worth the pain.”

It was worth the pain.
I feel the pain everyday and instead of wining crying out loud. I enjoy it and see people in the team grow. Especially, the product value increase and we can satisfy clients at the end of the day.
Keep pushing ourselves to do great things!
