2015 REVIEW: Only 8% of leaders can do both strategy execution and development.

W151217_LEINWAND_TOPLEADERS-850x676Here is my simple REVIEW of 2015:
Most of the time, I did learn to TRANSLATE the strategic idea of a company into the EVERYDAY ACTIVITIES.
Although you occupy a top executive position, you also “GET YOUR HANDS IN THE MUDS,” as Starbucks CEO Howard Schultz puts it in his book Pour Your Heart into It.
You need two kinds of perspectives, nearsighted and farsighted, simultaneously, and you can only develop them this way.
But it simply as Thang Trung Nguyen said, you will be on the helicopter but you will need to land in the jungle sometimes. And you should never forget that your place is ON THE HELICOPTER and DON’T GET LOST IN THE JUNGLE.
Consequently, because of the hardship, only 8% of leaders can do both strategy execution and development.
